Genus Bleda

 

Bleda canicapillus - The Grey-headed Bristlebill is a species of songbird in the Pycnonotidae family. It is found in Benin, Ivory Coast, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, and Togo. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, and subtropical or tropical swamps.

 

Green-tailed Bristle-Bill - The Green-tailed Bristlebill is a species of songbird in the Pycnonotidae family. It is found in West Africa in south-west Ghana, southern Ivory Coast, Liberia, southern Guinea and southern Sierra Leone. Its natural habitat is tropical moist lowland forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.

 

Bleda notatus - The Lesser Bristlebill or Yellow-lored Bristlebill is a species of songbird in the Pycnonotidae family. It was formerly lumped with the Green-tailed Bristlebill but is now often considered to be a separate species.

 

Bleda syndactylus - The Common Bristlebill is a species of songbird in the Pycnonotidae family. It is found in Angola, Benin, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ivory Coast, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Kenya, Liberia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia. Its natural habitats are tropical moist lowland and montane forests and tropical moist shrubland.
