Mountain Serin of fits in. It's sometimes considered part of Serinus, but here gets its own genus, Chrysocorythus. This seemed the most likely spot. I put the Tibetian Serin next. It's now placed in Chionomitris rather than Serinus, sister to Spinus. Several Carduelis siskins that have moved to Spinus (including Lesser Antillean Siskin).
