Two Orangequit’s posed in a tree by the dining room. Roger drove us to the Cinchona Botanical Gardens for what was not planned as birding day but nonetheless it proved an excellent site. The gardens were very well maintained and no other visitors were present so whilst the gardener showed Janet around I looked for the birds! On the entrance track were an Arrow-headed Warbler and Jamaican Euphonia whilst the gardens themselves had many Red-billed Streamertail’s and Vervain Hummingbirds. More
