The Black-throated Saltator has been moved to Saltatricula. Although I don't have an alternative name for it, the Rufous-bellied Saltator, “Saltator” rufiventris, is not really a saltator, and so has been moved to the Thraupini, as shown on the Thraupinae diagram.
