The Szechenyi's Monal-Partridge or Buff-throated Partridge is a species of bird in the Phasianidae family. It is found in China and the Republic of India. Its natural habitat is boreal forests.

The Szecheny is classified as Least Concern. Does not qualify for a more at risk category. Widespread and abundant taxa are included in this category.
